This multi-phase project included construction of a new cafeteria building, entrance to the campus, new classroom addition and remodeling and renovations

to more than 200,000 SF of interior space.

1572 Bannerman Road, once the site of Bannerman Farm Stores, is undergoing a transformation into Red Owl Coffee. This project involved major renovation to the three 3-story buildings that compose the Educational Complex. The building envelopes were preserved but the entire interior of each building was gutted and received all new interiors.
